Hi All
Well, I guess I am back! Last week I managed 2 strength sessions, a swim and an 8km run along the sea wall. The exercise definitely helps and as horrible as the past week has been we have to move on. I will post my stats soon but my body is here there and everywhere just now so I am waiting till things are back to normal.

ReplyDeleteAnd may I tell you that I am slowly approaching the lower end of the 70s :D yes I am 73kg now!! I can't believe it how much I love this!
I am doing 4 days cardio and 2 days strength exercise (lots of squats and lunges! they do wokr), my stomach now is much better and my dear hubby bought me a lingerie the other day, I guess this sums it all!!!
